3sins is committed to preventing the sale of age-restricted products to minors. This policy outlines our comprehensive age verification procedures for alcohol and tobacco products.
1. Our Commitment
We take underage sales prevention seriously. 3sins employs multiple layers of age verification to ensure that all customers purchasing age-restricted products are legally permitted to do so.
Our commitment includes:

These requirements are mandated by Nevada state law and federal regulations. There are no exceptions.
3. Verification Methods
3.1 At Account Creation
When you create a 3sins account, we verify your age through multiple methods:
- Date of Birth Verification: You must provide your date of birth, which is checked against our minimum age requirement.
- Third-Party Age Verification: We use industry-leading age verification services that check your information against authoritative databases.
- Document Verification: If automated verification is inconclusive, you may be required to submit a clear photo of your government-issued ID.

- Confirm the photo matches the person presenting the ID
- Calculate and verify the birth date shows the person is 21+

Our couriers are authorized and required to refuse delivery in the following circumstances:
- No valid ID is presented
- The ID is expired, damaged, or appears altered
- The ID is a vertical (under-21) format
- The photo does not match the person presenting the ID
- The birth date shows the person is under 21
- The person appears visibly intoxicated
- The courier suspects the ID is fraudulent
- No one 21+ is available to receive the order
If delivery is refused, the order will be returned to the merchant. You may be charged a restocking fee. Repeated refusals may result in account suspension.
