1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our Service or by email.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 21 years of age. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Our Service is currently available only in select areas of Nevada. By using our Service, you represent that you are located in a jurisdiction where our Service is available.

3. Age Verification

All customers purchasing age-restricted products (alcohol, tobacco) must verify their age at account creation and again at delivery. We use third-party age verification services and require valid government-issued identification.

3.1 At Account Creation

You may be required to provide your date of birth and undergo automated age verification. In some cases, you may be required to submit a copy of your government-issued ID for verification.

3.2 At Delivery

Our couriers are required to verify the age of the person receiving age-restricted products. You must present a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID showing you are at least 21 years of age. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Driver's license
• State-issued identification card
• U.S. Passport
• Military ID

Our couriers may refuse delivery if you cannot provide valid identification or if they believe the ID has been altered or is fraudulent.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Keep your account information up to date
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5. Ordering & Payment

5.1 Product Availability

All products displayed on our Service are subject to availability. Prices, availability, and product information may change without notice.

5.2 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

5.3 Pricing & Fees

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, service fees, or tips unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all charges associated with your order.

5.4 Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment is authorized at the time of order and charged when the order is confirmed by the merchant.

6. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or merchant delays.

Someone at least 21 years of age must be present to receive orders containing age-restricted products. If no one is available to receive the order or if valid ID cannot be provided, the order will be returned and you may be charged a restocking fee.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are available for missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 24 hours of delivery, subject to our return policy. Opened alcohol or tobacco products cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information, including age or identity
• Attempt to circumvent age verification measures
• Purchase products on behalf of minors
• Resell products purchased through our Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm our employees, couriers, or other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 3sins or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the quality of products sold by third-party merchants.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3SINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3sins and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to Terms
